It's time you train like an athlete

Underground Athletes is everything you need to crush your training goals!

This program is continuously built by Katie Bielefeld - with 16 years experience in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning Coaching. She's a gym owner and coach, works a "9-5" in wind energy, and is a mom of teens, pre-teens and toddlers. She currently holds certifications as a USAW L1 & L2 Olympic Weightlifting coach, USAP Powerlifting coach, she is a certified coach practitioner, for-fun crossfitter, and a national and world qualified 67kg (DT) powerlifter.

Inside Underground Athletes, the daily training is posted each day of the week with coaching tips so you can get to work with or without the video workout breakdowns. PLUS, inside our virtual gym app (access code provided each month to Instagram Subscribers) you'll have access to an entire video library of exercise breakdowns on demand.

Workouts can be done with barbells and full-gym equipment, or modified to at home no-equipment options - but don't worry, Katie will walk you through exactly how to do this.
