The Online Strength Coaching Program
How It Works:
I work with athletes in-person and online.
After filling out the initial long-form athlete profile, you'll get access to scheduling your 1on1 athlete intake call with me.
Once I've got your completed intake form and met with you via phone or zoom, I'll review all of the information and personally build your unique training plan.
Your plan will be sent to you via email with instructions for accessing the training app - where you can view your programming, training calendar, message me, track your progress, and more!

My name is Katie, I'm a USAP certified powerlifting coach and world-qualified athlete.
I've been in health and fitness, professionally, for almost 15 years!
I don't believe in preying on your insecurities to turn you into a "buyer" of my services. I don't want to make you feel bad about your body, your situation, the resources you have or the choices you make that bring you joy.
Instead, I offer strength and I make it a reality for all the women I work with.
