What to expect

AtHome is designed to be a community of uplifting, driven women with the common goal of getting stronger.

 Calloused Fitness AtHome exercises have no physical prerequisite and can be performed at any fitness level with the usage of modifications provided by Coach Katie.

How much does a membership cost?
There are 2 membership options, monthly ($39) and annually ($397 - 15% Savings!)
All subscriptions provide access to the same material. Longer subscriptions get discounts.

Can I join any time?
Yes! No need to wait for a Monday or the first of the month! Get started today.

What's the workout schedule look like?
Monday: Upper Push
Tuesday: Lower Pull
Wednesday: Varied Programming Day 
Thursday: Upper Pull
Friday: Lower Push
LIVE workouts increases accountability. Join the live sessions each weekday morning at 6:30AM CST.

Do I have to do the workouts at a certain time?
All the workouts are open to LIVE participation at 6:30am CST each weekday morning. Replays will be linked following the LIVE sessions and remain available to replay throughout the week - so you can go back and redo or make up any workout from the week!

What equipment do I need?
Calloused Fitness AtHome workouts require little to no equipment and are easy to perform almost anywhere! Get fit and stay accountable in the comfort of your own home. Recommended equipment: resistance bands, set of dumbbells, step or bench (sturdy chair works too!), and an "I can do this" attitude!

What if I'm not in shape?
Starting something new is usually intimidating. Calloused Fitness AtHome has a wide variety of members with all different fitness levels. Each workout we'll discuss how to modify if somethings a bit too challenging, and progressions for when you need a little more challenge. It's important that you remember, everyone is there to better themselves - not to compete with you. So, go at your own pace and we'll all get stronger - together!

How will I get access to the workouts after joining?
After joining, you'll receive an email from me (coaching@katiebielefeld.com) with instructions to complete your Membership Agreement. Once we've got all the paperwork out of the way, you will be added to the Calloused Fitness AtHome Members Roster. 
Members are sent weekly overview emails every Sunday with our workout schedule and links to join. You'll also get access to a private platform where the weekly workout replay links will be. 

Wait, it's not on Facebook?
No. Calloused Fitness AtHome members appreciate privacy. Some really like the anonymity inside of this accountability program. 
The program is delivered via email, a private members document platform & zoom webinars. 

What about nutrition coaching?
This program is designed to help members develop a consistent and sustainable workout routine through coaching support and daily accountability. If you want help with your nutrition, Calloused Fitness offers monthly client recipe packs with meal plan options and macro breakouts. Learn more, here.

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Yes. Members can cancel their membership at any time. Once a cancellation is received, members will continue to receive access through the duration of their current payment period. There are no refunds or prorated refunds.
